All this week we have 5 No Repeat dumbbell workouts for you to tackle There will be four 15 minute Full Body No Repeat workouts from Monday to Thursday For Friday , I actually recorded all these workouts in one full hour blast. So on the Friday the Full uninterrupted 60 Min No repeat challenge will be released for those who really want to test themselves These workouts are for everyone. From complete beginners to the more advanced. For beginners you can simply go with a lighter weight that challenges you and for the intermediate to advanced fitness folk, you can simple up the weight accordingly to make it a tougher workout Today\'s workout there will be 15 exercises in total. Set in batches of 5. After each batch of 5 you can take a additional 20 seconds rest, if required If you don\'t feel you need this , you can simple keep going We will be aiming for 40 seconds work with each exercise and 10 seconds rest between each So free up 15 minutes , grab your dumbbells and let\'s do this Grant'
